Description
The Coordinator, Brand Experiences supports the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, and customer engagement programs within the Marketing & Brand Experience (MBX) organization. This role is suited for a professional with foundational experience in experiential marketing or events who is ready to take on greater ownership, coordination, and accountability across high-visibility, internal and external customer-facing engagements. Working closely across the Brand Experiences team, the coordinator helps translate brand strategy into consistent, well-executed experiences that strengthen customer relationships and reinforce enterprise positioning. This is a hybrid position based at Leidos\' global headquarters in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and execution for corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, and customer engagement programs, including executive briefings and briefing center visits.
Own day-to-day coordination of event logistics such as food and beverage, audio/visual requirements, transportation, hotel room blocks, shipping, materials, and on-site support.
Support execution of brand activations and customer engagements that bring enterprise messaging and storytelling to life in physical environments.
Manage event registration processes (e.g., Cvent), attendee communications, signage, and printed materials.
Track budgets, timelines, invoices, and vendor deliverables, escalating risks or issues as needed.
Partner with Brand Experiences teammates to ensure all events and engagements align with enterprise brand standards, messaging, and experience guidelines.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of event and engagement toolkits, templates, checklists, and best practices.
Support customer briefing center operations, coordinating logistics and materials to ensure a high-quality, professional experience for external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to support integrated experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, event management, hospitality, communications, or related field and 2+ years of experience in corporate events, trade shows, experiential events, or related fields. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage logistics and coordination independently across multiple concurrent events or initiatives.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors.
Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Willingness and ability to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed to support key enterprise events and customer engagements.
