
Overview
The Marketing Analyst supports Yard House brand teams in executing marketing strategy across promotions, menu initiatives, advertising and digital programs. This role partners with cross-functional teams (Consumer Insights, Digital, Analytics, IT, Culinary, Finance, Operations, Training) to move projects from concept to execution, measure impact, and share actionable learnings. The Marketing Analyst also supports vendor and agency management and contributes to calendar, budget, and timeline discipline. Responsibilities
Project and Campaign Execution: Organize and manage timelines for brand programs, including creative development, photoshoots, asset handoff, and launches Maintain and share the brand marketing calendar Manage local store marketing requests and coordinate fulfillment Execute daily tasks tied to national and local promotions and advertising Menu and Test Management: Own the menu rollout schedule and coordinate tastings and approval meetings Support annual menu review, including competitor monitoring and data organization Plan and run test markets for promotions and food or beverage launches, report results, and recommend scale decisions Analytics and Reporting: Track brand metrics (sales, guest counts, Consumer Insights data), identify trends, and provide recommendations to Marketing Leaders Evaluate promotion and campaign performance, build readouts, and communicate clear takeaways and next steps Monitor competitor menus, promotions, and communications and share insights with the brand team Vendor and Budget Support: Interface with agencies and vendors to facilitate project execution Support budgeting, contracts, invoices, and month-end reconciliation for vendor work Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally to exchange information and unblock projects Proactively communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to Marketing Leaders and partners Required Technical Skills
Knowledge and comfort with the use of computers and various programs and information systems (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel etc.) Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Other Key Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in B2C marketing, hospitality experience a plus Strong organization and time management, ability to prioritize and follow through Clear written and verbal communication across varied audiences Ability to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 5 percent
