Sales & Marketing Manager , you are a key revenue driver and brand ambassador for our manufactured housing portfolio across

87 communities nationwide . You will own the front end of the buyer journey—engaging prospects across phone, email, text, and social media, generating demand, qualifying leads, and converting interest into scheduled tours and home sales. This role blends

inside sales execution with hands-on marketing coordination , ensuring our digital presence, messaging, and promotions directly support lead generation and conversion. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for

all inbound home sales inquiries

across phone, email, text, and social media platforms. Actively drive sales by educating prospects, uncovering needs, addressing objections, and moving leads toward tours and purchase decisions. Present Oak Wood communities as a lifestyle solution, highlighting home models, pricing, availability, amenities, and value propositions. Qualify and prioritize leads to maximize conversion efficiency and schedule appointments for onsite sales teams. Execute consistent outbound follow-up strategies to re-engage warm, stalled, and inactive leads. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting. Manage and refresh

social media and online listings , ensuring inventory, pricing, promotions, and community updates are current and sales-driven. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, digital content, promotions, and messaging across all buyer touchpoints. Deliver a polished, bilingual customer experience that reinforces Oak Wood’s brand and credibility. Track and report on KPIs including lead volume, response time, conversion rates, and sales outcomes. Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or lead-driven environments (real estate, housing, or homebuilding preferred). Strong persuasive communication skills with a consultative, sales-first mindset. Ability to manage high inbound volume across multiple channels while maintaining follow-up discipline. Hands-on

social media and digital marketing experience , preferably tied to lead generation or sales. Results-driven, metrics-focused, and comfortable working toward conversion goals. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Attributes
