ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Creator Partnerships & Campaign Manager to lead high-impact influencer campaigns across Beauty, Fashion, Home, Lifestyle, and multi-category retail for our premier client’s Creators Team. This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, seller partnerships, and performance analytics, driving scalable influencer programs that deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with top-tier influencers, sellers, and cross-functional internal teams to design, execute, and optimize creator-led campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and creator earnings—while maintaining high standards of quality, trust, and operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative role with daily interaction across business, finance, legal, data, and product teams. The role starts as a 12-month contract, working onsite in either New York, NY, Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities

Strategize, contract, and negotiate high-impact influencer campaigns with top-tier creators across Beauty, Fashion, Home, and Lifestyle categories. Curate compelling, audience-relevant product assortments across Consumables, Hardlines, and Softlines for seasonal moments and deal events. Test, iterate, and scale winning creator content and campaign strategies across organic and paid social channels (TikTok, Instagram). Performance & Optimization

Analyze campaign performance data to optimize traffic, ROI, and creator earnings. Deliver regular performance readouts, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership. Maintain accurate campaign forecasts, budgets, and payment processing. Partnership Development

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with creators, sellers, and internal stakeholders. Establish feedback loops between influencers and brand recruitment teams to align campaigns with emerging trends and creator preferences. Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key sellers and influencer partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with finance, legal, data, product, and business teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and scalability. Uphold operational rigor while balancing speed, creativity, and experimentation. Candidate Requirements

Top Must-Have Skills

Influencer / Creator Campaign Management – Experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns end-to-end. Relationship Management – Proven ability to build and sustain trusted partnerships with creators and sellers. Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to use performance data to guide strategy, optimization, and investment decisions. Nice to Have

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Experience working directly with brands and sellers Prior Amazon experience (highly valued)
