
Description
Objective: Partner with the Worship Director to support all aspects of worship ministry at The Church of Eleven22®. The Worship Lead is the principal worship leader for an Eleven22 campus.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through ongoing spiritual disciplines (Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession, fellowship).
Recruit, train, and maintain worship teams.
Direct all weekly activities and rehearsals to facilitate worship services on the Eleven22 campus.
Maintain Planning Center, update charts, MP3’s, lyrics, recordings, scheduling musicians, etc. for Eleven22 campus services.
Assist in overseeing the campus worship ministry budget, organization, and serve staff.
Lead worship for special events on an as‑needed basis.
Assist the campus pastor in creating a healthy Eleven22 environment.
Be available for campus pastoral ministry and other ministry opportunities as needed.
Set annual goals for the worship ministry, evaluate goal attainment, and modify during the year.
Attend all staff meetings and functions.
Other duties as needed.

Qualifications
Strong theological knowledge and ability to deliver gospel truths within worship services.

Skilled in organization, administration, and interpersonal relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ableton Live, and Planning Center Online programs.
Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader with 2+ years of experience growing a worship ministry.
Position Type & Hours Full‑time (40 hrs/week), exempt position reporting to the Worship Director.
Days and hours of work: Monday, Thursday, and Sunday services; Monday through Thursday 8:30 am–5 pm. The church hosts large events (“All‑Skates”) throughout the year; all staff must attend to support the mission.
