Overview
DIRECTOR OF STUDENTS & RESIDENCE LIFE / RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the direct leadership, supervision, coordination and management of a residence life program of approximately 356 students, including six facilities and supervision of professional and student staff. Requires living on-campus. Must possess sound communication, organization and supervisory skills; demonstrate a positive student-centered approach and ability to work in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree required (experience may substitute for education); experience in related management, supervisory and/or student service area preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct leadership and management of the residence and student life programs for approximately 356 students across six facilities.
Supervise professional and student staff; coordinate residence life programming and services.
Live on-campus as part of the role.
Demonstrate effective communication, organization and supervisory skills; maintain a student-centered, team-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (experience may substitute for education).
Experience in related management, supervisory and/or student service areas preferred.
