Seasonal Camp Director

to lead our summer camp program. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily camp operations, plan and deliver engaging tennis and pickleball programming, supervise and support camp counselors, and ensure a safe, structured, and enriching experience for every camper. This role is ideal for experienced, organized leaders who are passionate about youth development, sports instruction, and creating high-quality programs. Schedule Commitment

This position is a summer only role, working a Monday - Friday schedule, averaging 20-30 hours a week.

Pay Plan

The Seasonal Camp Director is a non-exempt, non-benefitted, GAP position with an hourly rate of $19.00.

Experience

18+ years of age or older High School Diploma/GED 2+ years experience in planning and implementing Tennis/Pickleball activities 2+ years experience teaching Tennis/Pickleball groups or private lessons Certification of CPR/FA is preferred; it will be required upon hire for continued employment Completion of training and orientation is required for continuing employment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of Youth Program Standards of Care Strong leadership and visioning skills Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to resolve conflicts and emergencies effectively
