
Purpose and Scope
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in our Pork division in Peachtree City, GA! This person will be responsible for outstanding customer service while ensuring timely delivery of products and effective responses to customer requests.
Responsibilities
Order processing; coordination of orders from the sales side to the logistics side
Customer relationship management; first point of contact for customers
Responsible for order accuracy before order is processed
Confirm our customers’ perception of the service they receive from JBS and strengthen our partnerships
Work cross-functionally with sales, scheduling, margin management, customer service and transportation to effectively service customer needs
Assist sales in customer order patterns, reporting, product mix, volume potential, pricing updates, and customer claims
Provide good and timely service to our customers in ad hoc events
Handle all administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, etc.) for sales team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, or Animal Science preferred
3-5 years of previous experience with Data Entry and Customer Service preferred
Computer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables required)
Detail oriented; accuracy
Ability to work with other departments
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Good organizational skills
Motivated/self-starter
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
