Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY. The Inside Sales & Estimating Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and following up on leads, preparing and presenting estimates, and managing sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will maintain strong relationships with clients and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and sustain client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Basic knowledge of rebar, construction, or concrete-related industries is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
