Key Account Manager

to help shape our Service Division’s growth in the U.S. market. Join a dynamic, innovative team, build strong customer partnerships, and make a real impact in a rapidly growing industry.

To continue our growth journey in 2026 and beyond, KK Group is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager for our expansion in the US market (KK Wind Solutions enhances US expansion plans). This position will focus on the expansion of our Asset Operator business where you will work with some of the world’s largest utilities and Asset Owners.

Position Overview The Key Account Manager will play a vital role in expanding KK Group’s presence in the US market. This role involves driving the full sales process from business development to deal closure, managing and nurturing key client relationships, and aligning solutions with customer needs.

The Key Account Manager will influence decision-making and promote KK Group’s portfolio through clear, persuasive communication and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Understand customer portfolio of turbines (installed fleet), and their operational philosophy.ie, self-maintain or OEM premium agreements,

Build relationships with procurement and engineering teams and site teams

Manage RfQ’s to increase our Share of Wallet with individual customers in the spareparts and service segment

Manage and hunt relationship with demand creators (sites, Engineering and procurement), such that KK Group is always their first call for what we offer

Establish relationships with key influencers, decision makers, building strong long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth

Provide proactive account management and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.

Manage the entire sales process including pipeline management, presentations, sales budgets, forecasting, negotiations, contract execution, and pricing.

Collaborate with technical teams and executive leadership to ensure seamless operational execution.

Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and conferences and other relevant marketing events.

Requirements You should have proven successful track record in B2B Account Management involving technically complex solutions and services.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or technical degree preferred.

Experience in the wind industry is desired but will consider experience in other renewables, power/utilities, or the oil and gas industry.

Service/sparepart and/or project sales experience is required. Electrical engineering experience would be an advantage.

Hands-on and fully committed to managing sales processes and driving revenue growth.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
