This is a part-time position for 20 hours/week. The Part-Time Retention and Development (RAD) Inside Sales Representative develops the business by serving our current customers within their assigned territory. They are responsible for achieving sales targets and understanding competitive products. They drive revenue and profitable growth to increase ROI by adding value where needed to accomplish these goals. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience Experience: 3 years’ experience in sales, including marketplace development, and account development Prior experience in account management, sales, dietician or pharmaceutical sales
