About the Role As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You’ll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes
Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home
Present options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisions
Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experience
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in residential HVAC sales (required)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Experience with customer service software such as ServiceTitan is
preferred, but not required
Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as needed
Flexibility to work evening and weekend calls
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background
