headquartered in Amityville Long Island NY, is a world-wide leader in the manufacturing of electronic security systems for over 50 years, seeks an aggressive, experienced sales professional for its Florida sales territory. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of 5+ years of security industry sales experience and a hands-on, technical understanding of electronic security products. The RSM or Regional Sales Manager must be able to effectively conduct all aspects of managing assigned sales territory and grow the business year over year. This is done by generating new business by creating demand at the dealer level. Also develop relationships and awareness of products/solutions at distributor level to ensure dealer demand is properly served. The RSM has the task of developing new and incremental business within the product scope and must be able to develop new leads of distribution, new alarm dealers, introduce NAPCO to end users, etc. to succeed and successfully sell the NAPCO product and service lines. Proper management of this region will require excellent sales planning and disciplined execution skills. Approximately 70% travel is expected. Compensation and Benefits:
