Description
The role of an account executive is sales focused and revolves around sales targets and increasing business for the Company across assigned distribution partners. Typical activities include securing new business and maintaining good relations with existing clients. Executives introduce products to the market and promote them to clients, while explaining which policies fit best for particular areas. They also monitor and report on the performance of their assigned distribution partners.
Job Responsibilities
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
Collaborate with management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization
Represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
Keep ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Regular external and internal meetings as necessary

BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant filed or MBA
Basic math
Property & Casualty License Preferred
