This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Jacksonville, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing a sales team, and continuously analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance. The role involves collaborating with various teams and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet client needs. Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and meeting revenue goals Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and performance evaluation Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to analyze market trends and data to formulate goals and strategies Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Knowledge or experience in waste management services is a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
