Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Austin, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and explaining ClickRabbit’s innovative solutions, and managing the full sales cycle. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing customized proposals, and collaborating with the internal team to meet customer needs. The role demands a proactive approach to sales and a thorough understanding of the marketplace. Compensation Structure
Commission-only role with no base salary Earn
20% commission on all closed revenue Commission paid for
up to 12 months per customer , while the customer remains active Commission eligibility ends if the Sales Representative leaves the company No cap on earnings Qualifications
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Experience in sales strategy, account management, and relationship building Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales analytics Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology solutions (preferred)
