This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at our new Kansas City office. The Inside Sales role entails managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing product information, generating leads, managing accounts, and collaborating with external and internal teams to support sales efforts. Qualifications

Experience in the electrical manufacturing or distribution industry Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software is an advantage
