Job Objective
The Sr Manager Sales Operations is a senior-level manager who leads sales operations activities to optimize sales performance and drive business growth. This role works closely with Sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and implement strategies, processes, and systems to support the Sales organization.
Responsibilities Implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
Evaluate and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of sales operations processes.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver regular sales performance reports and dashboards to Sales leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate sales training programs and initiatives to ensure Sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Address issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluating a variety of factors, including current business trends.
Lead cooperative efforts among members of project teams when required.
Interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers to support sales operations.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education
Describe the education, years of experience, and any certifications necessary to complete the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience; 3-5 years of management experience.

Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
