Overview ADT is seeking a Solutions Advisor who can help customers understand and adopt our home automation and smart security solutions. This role involves visiting customers at their homes or businesses and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll Do
Engage customers to demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart home solutions.
Explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions for each customer.
Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, partnering with customers and coworkers to deliver solutions.
Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and service as needed.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure Sales advisors will receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
