We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer to join our team full-time. This salaried position is ideal for a self-starter who excels at developing genuine relationships and generating organic leads through referrals and networking. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on expanding our client base by cultivating profitable connections with centers of influence, ensuring consistent new business growth and account-rounded lead flow. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Virginia (VA) office.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship-building with individuals and organizations in your community.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with centers of influence to drive ongoing lead flow and account expansion opportunities.

Sales Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by converting leads into new, profitable personal lines accounts.

Account Rounding: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively managing prospects, tracking progress, and following up on all opportunities.

Professional Development: Engage in ongoing sales training and mentorship to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

5 years proven experience in sales

Virginia P&C License

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships

Strong networking skills and a passion for community engagement

Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to high ethical standards and client-focused service

Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote or office-based environment
