Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients through cold emails and other outreach to open new accounts and grow the business Build relationships and help grow existing clients by delivering great service, keeping them engaged, and spotting new opportunities Support the full sales process from sourcing trims and preparing invoices to tracking orders and ensuring a smooth client experience Participate in the creative side by helping with seasonal collections and assisting in both digital and in-person presentations that influence global trends Visit clients across Los Angeles and conduct comp shopping to stay on top of fashion trends Keep design books and samples organized and presentation ready Take ownership of growing your own client base while learning how to develop a strong book of business What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of work experience or transferable skills in account management, logistics, or client-facing work A background in fashion or a genuine curiosity to learn and grow in our unique corner of the industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel as a key strength, and solid skills in PowerPoint Someone highly organized and proactive who takes initiative and runs with ideas Willingness to commute to our downtown Los Angeles office five days a week Bonus Points If You Have

Previous experience in sales, fashion, or related industries Familiarity with fashion tools or industry software Additional language skills to connect with our global clients and partners We embrace diversity and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
