C & B Operations with 36 John Deere locations across 6 states is currently recruiting a Product Specialist - Air Seeding/Hay & Forage to join our team in Billings, Montana. The Product Specialist will share product knowledge of Air Seeders, Balers, Windrowers, Mower Conditioners to grow market share. This role will be responsible for in-person and virtual trainings and leading demonstrations.

Essential Duties
Provide product education to sales, parts, and service teams throughout all C&B locations
Assist regional sales teams and leadership with effective customer demonstration plans
Develop and conduct consistent and effective on-site and online training
Collaborate with John Deere factory and field representatives regarding new product information, sales manual documentation, and product support outside of traditional service channels
Support technology utilization of integrated or upgradeable technology within air seeding and hay & forage categories
Develop resources to support and grow sales of precision upgrades for assigned product categories.
Establish and grow Solutions as a Service Business is designated product area; Identify opportunities, develop a plan, execute to a high-level
Required Education And Experience
Sales, Service, or Precision Ag Dealership Department experience 5+ years preferred
Agricultural equipment knowledge/experience
Proven Excel and PowerPoint experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
