Training Wage:
Base of $52,000. Once a route is assigned: Base of $52,000 + Commission. Typical compensation ranges from $55,000-$70,000 annually. This position is a four-day Monday through Thursday average work week. Why Join Us?

Typically, a four-day work week – Monday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities
Deliver new/clean products and pick up used products daily using the company truck. Track customer inventory for correct delivery and billing using the handheld computer; assist with route customer issues. Maintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate value to customers. Complete end-of-day administrative tasks, unload the truck, and prepare for the next day’s route. Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements (DOT). Qualifications
Proactive & Motivated: Self-starter with a commitment to excellence and high standards. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage priorities and workflow with strong problem-resolution capabilities. Detail Oriented: Attention to all details necessary to complete tasks well. Team Player: Creative, flexible, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn/navigate ERP system on desktop and PDA. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. (2-3 years driving/delivery, customer service, or sales experience preferred) Physical Requirements
Requires ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted; able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, lift, push and walk. Must be able to safely drive a truck/step van and sit for extended periods. Exposure to outside temperatures; extreme heat/humidity in summer and extreme cold in winter. Role Requirements
Requires a For-Hire Endorsement. Must pass and maintain a DOT physical and a drug/alcohol screening prior to employment. Must meet and maintain insurability requirements. MVR checked periodically. Possible background check or safety training for some client facilities. Ability to remain organized, multi-task, and balance incoming customer requests/issues in a fast-paced environment. 21 years of age or 3+ years of professional driving experience.
