The Opportunity

We are looking for a savvy, execution-oriented marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. This is not a purely strategic or purely creative role — it requires someone who can think strategically and then immediately translate that thinking into action. You will lead product marketing efforts in the U.S., manage direct reports, and partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and leadership to bring clarity, momentum, and discipline to our go-to-market efforts. This role is a strong fit for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership.

What You’ll Do

Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for existing products across U.S. B2B markets

Lead product marketing and product launch campaigns that target channel distribution and/or grower end users, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership

Identify and cultivate business development relationships with industry organizations and channel partners

Translate technical product details into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging and develop effective sales/promotional materials for product launches

Create practical sales enablement tools that support real selling situations

Partner closely with Sales and Sales Operations to support pipeline growth and execution

Leverage CRM and web analytics data to inform campaigns, segmentation, and performance

Support and improve sales and marketing processes to drive clarity and efficiency

Lead and develop seasoned, successful direct reports, setting clear priorities and expectations

Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

Experience & Capabilities

5+ years of proven experience in B2B product marketing

Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and execution within channel sales environments

CRM experience required; HubSpot strongly preferred

Experience working closely with Sales and Sales Operations

Prior people leadership or mentorship experience

Comfortable working in an in-office environment in Bend, OR

Highly organized, accountable, and self-directed

Able to pivot quickly between tasks and priorities

Strong judgment and discretion

Practical, solutions-oriented mindset

Someone who builds strong working relationships that benefit the company’s brand and culture both in the office and with international co-workers/agencies
