We’re building a world-class in-house creative engine to scale multiple DTC ecommerce brands and we’re looking for a
mid–senior to senior Video Editor
who’s obsessed with making ads that
feel like content , but are built to
convert .
You’ll work across brands like
The Conqueror Challenges
(including iconic licensed IP collaborations like
The Lord of the Rings ),
Enroush ,
Alpaca Socks ,
She Moves , and other emerging global brands - creating
direct-response performance ads , UGC-native content, and brand storytelling videos that drive growth.
This is a
pure performance creative role . Creative decisions, feedback, and iteration are driven by
data and results . Ads are constantly tested, iterated, scaled or killed, based on performance. If you love
high-velocity execution , creative testing, and shipping work that gets real distribution at scale, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do You’ll create and edit video content that powers our paid marketing campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands. Key responsibilities include:
Edit and assemble video footage into
paid social ads
(Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that meet platform requirements and creative briefs
Create
multiple iterations
of winning concepts (hooks, pacing, openings, captions, cutdowns)
Work with raw
UGC footage , product shots, brand assets, and detailed creative briefs
Collaborate closely with
Creative Strategists , designers, copywriters, and the performance team to understand
what’s being tested and why
Develop
story-driven creatives
that highlight product benefits, transformation stories, and clear value propositions
Apply strong
visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, captions, and sound design
to maximize scroll-stopping and retention
Support launches and campaigns across different product categories, demographics, and audiences
Ensure all creatives are delivered in the
correct formats, codecs, and specs
for each channel
Maintain
clean file organization, versioning, and fast handoffs
to support high-velocity execution
Use tools like
AI voiceovers
where required for brand explainers and performance formats

What success looks like (expected output) This is a
high-velocity role : we move fast and test constantly.
Output fluctuates based on launches and testing cycles, but
speed + quality
are always core

You’ve edited

You are comfortable with
creative being judged by metrics
and with killing or iterating on concepts quickly when data shows they’re not working
You enjoy creating
multiple fast iterations , not just one “perfect” edit
You are technically skilled
Strong across the full
edit + polish
process
High-quality finishing:
color correction, audio cleanup, subtitles, clean exports
Comfortable with
basic motion graphics, overlays, transitions
Solid understanding of
formats, codecs, and platform specs
Strong sense of
cinematic storytelling
when needed (especially for themed content)
Shipping speed, collaboration, and flexibility
You thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment without things becoming chaotic
You can produce
volume without sacrificing quality
You’re comfortable with
fast feedback loops, revisions, and rapid turnaround
Strong communicator and reliable collaborator, especially under launch pressure
Comfortable with
shifting priorities and quick pivots
Maintain
clean file structures, versioning discipline, and organized handoffs
Clear communication around
time estimates, deadlines, and blockers is non-negotiable . We don’t expect overwork, but we do expect transparency and ownership.
