The Shepherd Color Company is seeking a marketing analyst with experience in sales processes, product processes, and analyzing sales data to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. The marketing analyst will develop, build, engineer, and maintain key software elements in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system known as Dynamics, our enterprise resource planning software known as SAP, and our enterprise business intelligence platform known as Power BI. This position will maintain these systems to support Shepherd Color’s customer growth as part of the organization’s integration of business systems. This position will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinating cross departments to implement systems, including enhancements, accounts, data hygiene and updates

Configure, develop, and validate solutions built based on the requirements and inputs collected by sales and marketing

Work with sales and marketing to design, implement, and maintain pricing solutions to support pricing and quoting requirements for all regions

Integrating software with other business applications and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms

Collaborate with commercial team to train, teach, and troubleshoot issues and processes to ensure the delivery and improvement of tools needed to be most effective

Support lead generation activities as set by the sales and marketing plans

Assisting in the design and execution of marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and data analysis

Develop, maintain, and deliver up-to-date reporting and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent)

Help assemble digital marketing metrics and information for analysis, including surveys

Required Skills

Strong ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights

Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

Knowledge and understanding of CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Hubspot

Knowledge and understanding of enterprise resources planning software such as SAP

Familiarity with SQL, database management and their processes

Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence software such as PowerBI

Aptitude for diagnosing issues within systems and providing logical solutions

Capacity to think critically and innovatively to improve processes and strategies

Understanding of marketing principles and sales processes

Ability to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs

Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously

Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Education Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
