Heavenly Heat Saunas is a high-performance, fast-growing health company with a clear focus (since 1988) on offering the healthiest home saunas in the world. Their uncompromising standard of using zero wood glues or adhesives has unofficially earned them to be the gold standard of clean saunas. They are expanding into other product categories, and looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Jr. Partnerships Manager to support the company’s social media, production, and affiliate marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with a year or two of experience who is creative, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior professional experience required. Austin, Texas based is a plus. Remote workplace environment or hybrid.
Full-time (salary; $60K-$120K) or Part-time (monthly rate)... very large range based on experience & track record; competitive pay for the right candidate). US-based.
Location: Company is based in Austin, TX but much of the team is remote. This position has flexibility to be a work from home position or a hybrid WFH situation if based in Austin.

What You’ll Do: Assist in ideating & creating brand’s brand bible & best practices Design instructions manuals for all the SKU’s (digital and physical) Work with social team to create brand templates for posting across the internet Partner with CRO and Chief Growth Officer to assist in landing page design for various customer personas Partner with Head of Events to discuss and implement the brand vision through its activation initiatives in 2026 Create company brochures for both digital and physical distribution Ensure brand voice, messaging, and standards are consistent across channels Qualifications
What We’re Looking For: 4–10+ years of experience creating assets (& strategy) for brand or agency, or creator; US-based Proven ability to create beautiful assets and work cross-departments Strong understanding of high-end lifestyle & brand ethos from a design perspective Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable and strong interest in AI, efficiency, and desire to be part of a team during the building phase Strong interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity We move fast and expect excellent work.
