We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to partner closely with our Marketing team. This role will serve as a key advisor, providing financial insights, planning, and decision support to drive marketing effectiveness and ROI. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business cases.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing leadership to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.

Track and report on marketing spend, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals.

Develop business cases for new marketing investments.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Automation of data feed to create financials, metrics and dashboards.

Monitor and manage transaction processing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.

5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Marketing.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent communication and business partnering skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in developing and presenting business cases.

Strong quantitative skills including knowledge of database environments (MS SQL Server).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Base Pay Range: $86,300 - $155,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
