to join our team. In this role you will be representing our clients inside our partnered retailers to increase their customer base. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while providing clear opportunities for growth and advancement. Role Overview
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist at KULO Management, you will work directly with customers to represent our clients’ brands, promote products and services, and drive revenue growth through sales. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based success. You will gain real-world experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and promotional marketing while being supported through paid training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities
Promote our clients’ products and services through direct sales and marketing campaigns Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships Represent client brands with professionalism and authenticity Act as a point of contact for customer interactions and inquiries Collaborate with team members and leadership to exceed performance goals Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed Student mentality with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Company Culture
