
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet company sales goals. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 3+ years of experience selling conveyor maintenance services or a related industry Employer paid life insurance 401k company match - 117% up to 6% of employee contribution
