Overview
If you have strong phone presence, enjoy building relationships, and want a real entry point into medical sales, this is a high-upside inside sales role with a musculoskeletal bioceuticals company backed by 32k scientific studies and 60 years of research.
In this role, you will manage an existing book of healthcare provider accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive repeat business over time. You will support providers across the US, educate them on the value of the products, and help grow account volume through consistent follow-up and strong service. This is not a heavy cold calling role, it is primarily relationship-based account management with the opportunity to hunt for new business after ramp-up.
Responsibilities
Cutting-edge musculoskeletal regeneration, activating stem cells to support cartilage regrowth
Products adopted by healthcare providers across the US
Providers can bill patients for the products, win-win for patient outcomes and provider revenue
Patent holder and manufacturer, full control over product quality and supply
New product launches coming, including expansion into new specialties
Long-term growth opportunity, last sales rep stayed until retirement
Full sales cycle ownership, manage and grow accounts over time
Nationwide territory coverage, large runway for growth
In-office role in Englishtown, NJ but flexibility to work from home if sick or needed

Compensation and Benefits
Base: $60,000 to $70,000 DOE
OTE: $100,000+ Year 1 with uncapped bonus

Qualifications
2+ years of sales or customer service experience in any industry, B2B or B2C
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers
Inside sales experience and full sales cycle experience are a plus
Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn medical sales and a science-driven product line
Degree preferred but not required
