Janitorial Account Manager

to oversee operations within the

Local School District . In this vital role, you will manage a diverse workforce, build strong relationships with school officials, and ensure operational excellence across 10-20 educational facilities. Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee daily janitorial operations and quality control for a portfolio of 10-20 school locations and support buildings.

Manage and mentor a diverse team of 40-100 employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Execute full-cycle administrative duties, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including school principals, teachers, and district administration.

Drive between various school sites daily to conduct inspections and support staff (approx. 20-minute radius).

Coordinate project work (such as floor care) during school breaks, summer, and holidays.

Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to shifting schedules, covering either daytime (approx. 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or evening (approx. 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) shifts as business needs evolve.

Requirements

Background Check: Must pass a strict, comprehensive background check

Language Skills: Proficiency in Burmese, Karen, or Spanish is highly preferred and a major plus for this role.

Attitude: Must possess a proactive mindset, high energy, and the ability to accept and implement feedback constructively.

Experience: Prior management experience is required; background in janitorial services or floor care is a plus, but not mandatory.

Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible full-time schedule.
