This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Service Representative, located in Bensenville, IL. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, assisting with inquiries, promoting insurance products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional tasks include handling customer accounts, providing individualized support, following up with prospects, and meeting sales targets while upholding State Farm’s mission to offer superior service and guidance. Foster strong customer relationships and address inquiries to support clients’ insurance needs Handle customer accounts and provide individualized support Follow up with prospects and contribute to achieving sales targets Uphold State Farm’s mission by delivering superior service and guidance Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their insurance needs Sales and product knowledge experience, including the ability to offer tailored solutions and meet sales goals Organizational and time management abilities to manage client interactions and deadlines effectively Basic proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with insurance-specific software Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance and/or Life and Health insurance (or willingness to obtain licenses) Positive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and dedication to excellent service Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer support is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
