CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Ownership & Growth:
Develop growth in line with communicated sales quota.
Take full accountability for 10–15 key distributor accounts.
Develop, communicate and execute ‘high-impact account plans’ that deliver revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
Expand penetration by engaging multiple functions within each account – including C-suite stakeholders, category teams, purchasing, marketing, and sales management.
Strategic New Business:
In collaboration with the DACH Sales Director – Identify and develop significant new distribution opportunities.
Engage and develop compelling value propositions and lead negotiations to win through pipeline.
Deliver seamless onboarding and integration of new strategic accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the voice of the distributor internally, influencing product, service, and marketing strategies.
Leverage deep market intelligence to shape internal strategies that strengthen CRC’s positioning and long-term relevance.
Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, operations and the sales teams to align plans and maximise impact.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Monitor progress against account plans as part of structured quarterly business reviews.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure long-term, profitable agreements.
Drive promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.
Develop and communicate detailed awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
Leverage deep market intelligence to provide strategic recommendations that shape product development and commercial decisions.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Deliver sales quota according to shared sales plans.
Build and develop strong relationships at all decision-making levels.
Through strong account planning - execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Ensure that distributors fully understand and can promote our brands.
Deliver data-driven insights and growth strategies, through quarterly business reviews.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
Proven success in Key Account Management within B2B or distribution environments.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
Ability to influence across multiple functions and geographies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
