What we're looking for:

Bachelor science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Pre-Med, etc.).

Preferred : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Self-motivation and a desire to learn

Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining a set of physician clients to achieve/exceed sales results in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain relationships with physician clients; manage territory performance against sales goals.

Demonstrate knowledge of services and therapeutic offerings of the company and stay updated on product lines.

Plan customer strategies using data, dashboards, and provided analytics.

Prioritize daily activities (pre-call planning) to maximize productive time.

Utilize appropriate support materials during detailing of services, products, or processes.

Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory.

Complete post-call analysis and plan follow-up in the company CRM.

Communicate promptly and effectively with internal teams; adhere to expense budgets and company policies.

Requirements

Completed a professionally administered consultative sales course or equivalent (e.g., Integrity Sales).

Ability to learn and articulate complex technical topics; knowledge of basic life sciences is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Ability to learn software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office).

One or more years of sales experience using consultative selling skills (preferred).

Must reside within the assigned territory.

Working Conditions Travel is required and expected to effectively manage the assigned sales territory. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of this job.
