Seeking a brand-new, National Sales Leader to drive commercial growth in the

German market,

with further growth aspirations into Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden & Finland, too.

This remote role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in industrial equipment sales, sustainable heat solutions or energy performance contracting, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and close new business with industrial customers and energy project developers

Lead the development of commercial strategy across target,

German industrial, manufacturing or processing customers as primary target, with expansion into Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden & Finland also, as opportunities emerge.

Manage and grow existing accounts.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with technical and finance teams to align solutions with customer needs

Represent the company at industry events and negotiate complex contracts

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or energy sectors

Proven success in complex, multi-million-euro sales environments

Strong understanding of industrial heating processes and energy markets

Sales track-record in Germany (required), Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands (highly desirable).

Fluent in German and English

Willingness to travel.

Passionate about making a positive contribution to the energy transition.
