Ocean Freight Sales Representative
to join a forward-thinking logistics organization that values autonomy, commercial acumen, and results. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in
ocean freight forwarding, NVOCC operations, and international logistics
who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll manage and grow customer accounts, develop new business, and act as a trusted advisor on ocean freight solutions while staying closely connected to market trends and operational execution. What You’ll Do Manage and grow existing ocean freight accounts while developing new lanes and customers Prepare and update customer quotations based on cost rates and market conditions Coordinate carriers, and customers to manage bookings and sailing details Monitor booking activity, track performance, and analyze historical data to optimize pricing Develop and maintain SOPs for assigned accounts and shipments Provide proactive follow-up, troubleshooting, and resolution for urgent shipment issues Research and qualify new sales leads, gathering account intelligence and market data Stay current on ocean freight market trends and provide insights to customers What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in
freight brokerage, ocean freight forwarding sales, or NVOCC operations Minimum 3 years of experience in
