We are operating in 8 State Government Contracts successfully. We are looking for a seasoned IT Staffing or consulting professional with deep knowledge of Texas State Agencies and the buying process. We are an approved DIR State of Texas IT Staffing firm with a presence and revenue base in Texas State Agencies. We need this Account Manager to take ownership and drive client relationships at various Texas State Agencies. The ideal candidate will bring skills and expertise in the IT Staff Augmentation and IT Services industry. Knowledge of Texas SLED market is a big plus
About the Role
Having prior experience and skills in the Staffing Industry is mandatory. At least 1 to 5 years of overall experience as a Junior Account Manager/BDM or an IT Recruiter is essential. Responsibilities
Outreach to current and prospective clients in the Texas SLED market Create and maintain relationships with Texas State Agency customers to better understand and meet their needs. Also, maintain a relationship with various Buyers across the entire Texas State Procurement landscape. Arrange meetings with our customers to identify opportunities for growth and align company resources to achieve maximum revenue potential. Manage consultant relationships who are deployed to service various Texas State Agencies. Qualifications
Some knowledge and background in the IT Staff Augmentation Industry. Willingness and ability to travel locally. Prior experience working in the Texas SLED market is a plus.
