We are seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities within the National Account Sales Program for Western, Fisher and SnowEx snow and ice control brands. Lead planning and executing sales strategies, meetings, and presentations for new and existing National Accounts customers. Managing National Account and related End User customer relationships. Establish intra-company plans and strategies to enhance, expand and strengthen our overall market share position Work in concert with three brand managers of North American sales and provide leadership towards the achievement of company goals and objectives.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Establish and implement sales and business development strategies for National Accounts.
Identifies and continuously improves the pursuit of new business opportunities within the National Account channel.
Develop and maintain relationships to identify customer needs, business opportunities and provide value to National Account customer base.
Establish and implement pricing and programming strategies to maximize National Account Development, participation, and sales penetration.
Organize and participate in various National Account trade shows, supplier conferences, provider/franchisee events and training opportunities.
Responsible for direct sales duties throughout National Account customer base.
Conduct research of present and potential markets for new or supplemental National Account partners.
Assist dealers/distributors with sales strategies and prospects/leads to secure National Account business.
Maintain competitive National Account program database for strategic program/pricing comparison and evaluation.
Responsible for annual development of dealer/distributor National Account sales support program, including pricing, rebate documentation, etc.
Attend national trade shows, regional industry shows, as well as dealer/distributor shows and open houses where National Accounts are also present.
Remain up to date on all brands’ product offerings, features and benefits as well as that of our competitors.
Accurately and concisely, report field intel in a timely manner through the provided CRM call report format.
Responsible for effective management of time and expenses related to field travel.
Travel up to 30% required.
Work to meet all assigned product and sales goals and continually look for opportunities to grow the business.
Cooperate in the company wide efforts to make Fisher, SnowEx, & Western leaders in all the markets that they serve.
Develop, maintain, and provide market intelligence and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure a competitive position.
WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS: Experience and/or Training:
Minimum 5 years’ experience with National Accounts sales or equivalent.
Technology/Equipment:
Must have extensive knowledge of lawn and garden, power equipment, construction and truck equipment industry including truck-related terms applications, competitive information, etc. Must have working knowledge of Windows-based programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Additional Skills:
Should possess a high level of written/verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills. Position requires college-level mathematical skills. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to think logically and practically before making decisions.
