Job Description Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our Fort Myers, FL location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The core function of an inside sale representative is to assist the sales group with the reading of blueprints, cost estimation and ordering of orders. Helping with order delivery coordination and service by working with logistics and customer service teams as needed.

Maintains relations with the Dealer Network, Customer Service, Field Sales force (TSM) and downstream departments

Establish rapport with prospects and customers via telephone interactions

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a wide range of customer, Sales team, contractors, and dealer inquiries, resolving challenging requests

Cultivate and expand relationships with existing accounts

Prepare and develop product proposals and proposal activities

Conduct and/or participate in sales promotion and customer educational meetings

Utilize CRM to maintain precise records of prospects, customers, and new projects

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required, Associates degree in related field preferred

Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills

Self‑motivated and a self‑starter with personable and excellent organization skills

Detail‑oriented and have ability to problem solve

Good mathematical and analytical skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows simultaneously

Ability to manage multiple deadlines for completion

Ability to review and interpret project specifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Exhibit proficiency in use of in‑house pricing programs and procedures

Must be computer proficient, particularly in Takeoff / Estimating Software and Excel

Must be detail and customer service oriented

Must be comfortable on the phone with customers and Field Sales

Advanced knowledge of windows, doors and other adjacent Cornerstone products

Work related travel would typically be less than 3 times per year
