Overview

Televic Conference develops, manufactures, and markets conferencing solutions to high-profile customers worldwide (e.g., the United Nations, the European Parliament, the French Senate, etc.). We are looking for a talented Bid Manager to join our dynamic customer success team. The Bid Manager is responsible for managing bid and quotation activities for all customers, including customized conference projects. The role acts as a key interface between sales, technical, and operational teams, ensuring alignment, process ownership, and successful project follow-up from lead generation to quotation and customer engagement. Your Responsibilities

Manage bid and quotation activities for standard and customized conference projects Closely work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Operations Own and align bid and quotation processes with sales objectives Managing feature requests and follow-up with customers Follow up on lead generation activities in collaboration with sales teams Participate in customer visits and support project follow-up Prepare and follow up on quotations using SAP, CPQ tools, and Odoo Represent Televic Conference at demo events, product demonstrations, and exhibitions Your Profile

At least 5 years experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, Project Management or Technical Sales preferably in a similar environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications Technology, International Business, or a closely related field Familiar with project-based or customized solutions, preferably in a technology or AV environment Comfortable working with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP, CPQ, and Odoo Able to manage multiple opportunities in a structured and proactive way Strong analytical skills A proactive networker and collaborative team player with strong communication and analytical skills, adept at understanding and anticipating customer needs Excellent communication skills in fluent English; other European languages are an advantage The position is based in our HQ in Izegem, Belgium. Working from home from time to time is possible. Traveling is occasional
