Our staffing firm is partnering with a well-known venue in San Antonio, to identify an experienced Event and Marketing Coordinator to lead and grow event bookings at their auditorium. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a passion for events who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of event sales from client outreach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, plan, and promote events held at the auditorium
Proactively contact and engage clients to secure new event business
Coordinate and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, corporate meetings, private parties, and special events
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or entertainment
Proven ability to manage and close event sales opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
