Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a

Senior Analyst, Product Marketing

to join the KitchenAid Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) organization based at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI. This is a full-time, in-office, 5-day per week, Monday through Friday role. As a member of the KitchenAid team, you will support our pursuit to be the most broadly desired premium kitchen brand in the world. This position will assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap from idea generation to commercialization. The position will work collaboratively with engineering, design, brand, and regional marketing teams around the globe to ensure in-market success.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Support the entire product marketing team in project-based activities such as competitive analysis, purchase order creation and management, and model creation submissions

Assist the category or planning lead with projects and strategies, including innovation workshops, product launch events, and KPIs

Facilitate the selection of leading ideas & concepts through a rigorous evaluation process

Lead learning plans standardization, knowledge capture, and sharing

Lead project charter organization and prioritization for evaluation

Utilize the Whirlpool Product Development (WPD) process to drive projects from idea to commercialization

Develop winning go-to-market launch plans

Assist in category strategy creation, adoption, and execution

15-20% domestic and international travel

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, or Finance

Preferred Skills And Experiences

Bachelor's degree in Marketing

Global business experience

Experience with product positioning and launching new products across integrated marketing campaigns

Experience with consumer insights and defining marketing strategies to drive tangible business results

Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights and transform them into marketing strategies

Experience with consumer-oriented product development processes

Understanding of project management tools

Experience working in effective project teams with familiarity of agile and lean principles

Ability to plan and think strategically at a high level, but also develop tactical recommendations and execute them

Ability to influence and lead others, including those outside of the Marketing function

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence
