Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on
Aftermarket Sales Manager
to support and develop our distributors across the Mediterranean countries. The focus of this role is on increasing sales, process excellence, and operational support in all Aftermarket-related areas — service, spare parts, warranty, and recurring revenue programs.
Responsibilities
Support and train distributors on all Aftermarket-related process topics (stock orders, service revenue, warranty, contracts, digital tools)
Deliver regular training sessions on our aftermarket IT portals (Service Portals, Tavant, IConn) and Aftermarket processes behind those tools
Promote and implement Recurring Revenue Program (service contracts, extended warranty, consumables). Explain and drive the initiatives
Ensure correct and consistent application of warranty terms and procedures.
Monitor as a team with the Distribution Managers the distributor performance, identify growth opportunities, and support sales initiatives in Aftermarket
Circle back feedback with internal teams (Service, Pricing, Logistics, Product Management) to resolve issues and improve processes
Create promotions and incentives to drive volume and profitability within the aftermarket business.
Moderate travel within the Mediterranean region (by air and car). Expected at around 2 weeks per month on average.
Basic Qualifications
Technical or commercial background
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English (required); French, Italian and Spanish are a plus
Located close to an international airport for travel within the region.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Hybrid working model with moderate travel across the countries being covered.
