The Role As a

Sales Representative , you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy-saving solutions. This is a field-based role where you manage your own territory, schedule, and pipeline.

You'll be responsible for creating conversations, delivering in-home presentations, and closing deals using a proven sales process.

What You'll Be Doing

Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach

Educate homeowners on solar energy and cost-saving options

Deliver tailored in-home consultations and presentations

Build and manage a local book of business

Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

100% commission-based compensation with weekly payouts

First-year reps typically earn

$35,000–$150,000+ , with top performers exceeding that

Income is directly tied to performance—no caps, no ceilings.

This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable betting on themselves.

Training & Support While training time is unpaid, V3 provides:

No prior solar experience required. Sales experience is helpful, but not mandatory.

Requirements

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors

Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Ability to work independently without constant supervision
