MonteVista Homes is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our team in NE Oregon and Central Oregon. If you're tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to achieve high income, this opportunity is for you!
MonteVista Homes is a premier production home builder dedicated to crafting beautiful and affordable new homes in desirable communities across Oregon. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we develop award-winning homes that stand the test of time. Our team of 35 employees is dedicated to excellence, and we are proud to continue building hundreds of new homes in the local area.
Responsibilities
Work onsite at our model homes in NE Oregon (Hermiston, Umatilla) or Central Oregon (Bend, Madras, and Redmond).
Welcome and assist potential homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service.
Present and sell our beautiful new homes to clients.
Guide clients through the entire home-buying process, from initial inquiry to closing.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our home designs, features, and communities.
Utilize tech tools and CRM systems to manage leads and follow up with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competing homebuilders and market trends.
Organize and host open houses, community events, and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers to generate referrals.
Qualifications
A College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
Ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools.
Self-motivated, driven by success, and eager to achieve high income.
Excellent attitude and a desire to continuously improve and grow.
Ability to work weekends and holidays to accommodate potential buyers' schedules.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
Full-Time
Base Salary plus commission
