Overview
The Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position is responsible for entering orders into the ERP system and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. Unless otherwise stated, this role is On-Site at the location detailed in the job post. Responsibilities
Accurately enter order information into ERP or order management systems (JD Edwards). Verify product codes, pricing, delivery dates, and customer account details prior to order entry. Resolve discrepancies or issues related to order accuracy, pricing, or delivery. Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records of all order documentation. Support the invoicing process by ensuring all order data aligns with billing requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of order entry, customer service, or sales support experience—preferably in the oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial supply sectors. Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of oilfield equipment, parts, and terminology is a plus. Key Competencies
