Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Grand Rapids, MI, with some remote work flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, providing consultations on product solutions, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales objectives, presenting product solutions, and staying up to date on industry technologies and trends. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs is also a key part of the role. Qualifications

Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills Knowledge of lighting and controls products is a plus, staying informed on industry trends is must. Efficient communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
