We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Service Account Assistant

to support the management of client accounts and ensure a high standard of service delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with account coordination, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and motivated to grow within a professional corporate environment. Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management and support of client service accounts Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination related to assigned accounts Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account information Support account updates, reporting, and follow-ups as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient service Identify and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Qualifications
