Overview
The Princeton University Store has been serving the University and local communities since 1905. The company is a member owned coop that operates two large retail stores, athletic concession operations, and an e-commerce department. Currently we are looking for a self-starter to assist in our E-commerce Department.
Responsibilities
Pack orders received from our website and phone
Place special orders and create purchases orders
Facilitate returns
Provide exceptional customer service through chat and phone
Open and close the ecommerce department
Assist the store with additional tasks during slow ecommerce periods
